You might have better luck with the store -- they at least had the information in the first place.

Check your email for the confirmation and / or shipping statements you would have received at the time of purchase.

If you have lost your email messages from that time period, try checking with your email carrier.

I am not at all sure you can get your email carrier to retrieve the email you want, but I'd guess they have the data archived somewhere.

If you are one who keeps boxes, check on the shipping box, sometimes there is a slip of paper under a plastic sleeve that might well be a form of the invoice you seek.
