Hi @GoncaC ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Product. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
To adjust the keyboard backlight settings on your HP Envy x360 13", you can follow these steps:
- Press the "F5" key or the key with the keyboard backlight icon (it looks like a keyboard with rays of light extending from it) to toggle through the different brightness levels or turn the backlight off.
- If pressing the "F5" key doesn't work or if you want to adjust the settings further, you can access the keyboard backlight settings through the HP Quick Settings app or HP Control Center (if installed).
- Open the HP Quick Settings app or HP Control Center. You can usually find it by searching for "HP Quick Settings" or "HP Control Center" in the Start menu or by looking for it in the system tray (bottom right corner of the screen).
- In the HP Quick Settings app or HP Control Center, look for the keyboard backlight settings. It may be located under the "Keyboard" or "Backlight" section.
- Adjust the settings to your preference. You should be able to control the brightness level and set the timeout duration for the keyboard backlight to turn off.
- Save your changes.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
