Product: HP slim desktop 260-a011

I am about to buy a new PC. But I will need to migrate Adobe Photoshop 2021 from an old PC to a new PC. Which software is required  or which method to use in order to do that?

I have used two different products to migrate apps from one PC to another -- Laplink PC Mover Pro and EaseUS ToDo PC Transfer.  Both of these work, but neither works 100%, and both cost money.

 

While I used to use Laplink all the time, I have found the EaseUS tool to have a simpler interface and it seems to be more reliable.  So I would recommend it over the Laplink product.
