To program keystrokes or mouse presses, you can use the Automatic Mouse & Keyboard program. With it, you can create any script for keystrokes, mouse movements, image clicks, and more. If you need more complex developments https://sirinsoftware.com/services/firmware_development/ then you will have to turn to specialists. But I think this program will help you implement such a simple script.
