Hi.
I have a HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC and have performed a factory reset and removed all files and apps. Ive lost alot of softwares that originally came with the purchase of the laptop and have been able to reinstall some. But how do i go about reinstalling the photoshop elements and premiere that originally came with the laptop? I know i had it, and i didnt purchase or download it anywhere else. Anyone have any idea?

Unfortunately, there simply may be no way to get those back, as they did not get reinstalled using the factory reset and that is generally what restores all the preinstalled components.
You would have to check directly with HP Customer Support to see if they can help in this, as there is nothing we can do from here.
If you live in the US or Canada, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1
If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html
NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!
If you have trouble finding a phone number, then try: 1 (800) 474-6836

However, HP Customer Support is generally not available on the weekends, so you might have to wait until Monday to contact them.

Hi,
Have you already checked support.hp.com 'drivers' section?
I had a look and didn't find the software you mentioned.
One possibility could be that the software was preinstalled by the shop where you bought your laptop. You should have to inquire there to get the software and licencekey to activate it.
