Product: HP Envy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am fed up with it keep popping up telling me my computer is at risk just because a different virus killer. You cant uninstall in apps, if you rename the directory it reinstates rhe name .  Other than reinstalling windows clean I have tried everything i can think of? Anny sugggestions (if polite) will be welcomed. 

If anyone knows how to contact a person in HP support, I would be very grateful for the info. I have only had daft replies from robots so far.
