Product: pavilion 14 plus 2023

i just got this laptop and i noticed that the performance of things, like spamming the windows key made the animation of the pop up very sluggish and laggy. when typing, i also noticed that the words where not updating in real time like it is lagging behind. how can i set the dedicated gpu (rtx 2050) to be the default for all apps (including browser and other softwares like blender or OBS) so that i dont encounter problems like this?
