To migrate applications from one PC to another, you require special software. The two most well-know products for doing this are LapLink PC Mover Pro and EaseUS ToDo PC Transfer. These both cost money as their free versions do not migrate applications, only data.
My personal preference is the latter, as I find it to have a simpler UI and generally do a better job.
