how to turn on the fingerprint scanner on Probook 450 g8

Good afternoon, please tell me how to turn on the fingerprint scanner on Probook 450 g8.
I downloaded and installed all the software presented on the site - but it did not give any result!

I don't read the language -- I suspect,. based on the familiar looking format in the illustration, that the message is saying that a fingerprint reader is not detected in your system.

What? 

Fingerprint sensors of this type -- little "box" -- can be a "real" fingerprint reader OR -- on a computer where there is not a fingerprint reader installed  -- a blank cover plate placed over the hole where a fingerprint reader would be located.

True -- from the outside, cover plate and sensor look the same.

True - Software cannot help if there is no hardware.
