Product: HP ENVY 13-ab002nx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased above mention laptop with pre installed Windows  10, and now I want to upgrade it to Windows 10 Pro but I am not able to upgrade it, although I have Windows 10 Pro key.

What have you tried? 

 

Try this. Use the default upgrade Key and it will install and then you can activate with your Pro Key:
