Product: HP Stream 11-y020wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a SanDisk 32gb, what do I need to do to use it?  I  need space for Win updates.  I have uninstalled everything, run clean disk.  I still can't get the latest Win update.

You're not going to be able to clear out enough space to do Updates -- the disk drive is simply too small.
