OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop 16-n0000 (5B1T7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I just got an omen 16 and there isn't any option to limit battery charge to 80% even in the bios.

There is just the "Adaptive Battery Optimizer" does it do the same thing when enabled?

And can I safely leave it on while using my laptop plugged in for a long period? as I got this laptop primarily for gaming.

Or just do you have some advices to keep my battery healthy.

thanks but that didn't quite help as I couldn't find the "Battery Health Manager setting" in the BIOS even after updating and it didn't mention if its safe to keep using the laptop plugged in for along period when enabling "Adaptive Battery Optimizer".
