Hi @Siband,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I’m really sorry to hear your HP 4G LTE Laptop 14-eg0001na isn’t booting after the partitions were deleted, especially when the screen is completely blank. That can be alarming, but we’ll work through this together step-by-step.
Steps to Recover Your Laptop
1. Try a Basic Power Reset
Sometimes the system needs a reset to reinitialize the display and power.
- Turn off the laptop completely.
- Disconnect the charger and any peripherals.
- Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
- Reconnect the charger and try powering on.
2. Check for BIOS Access
Let’s see if the BIOS is still accessible:
- Turn on the laptop and immediately press Esc or F10 repeatedly
- If BIOS opens, your display is working, and we can reinstall Windows
If the screen remains blank:
- Try connecting to an external monitor via HDMI or USB-C
- If the external display works, the internal screen may be disabled or faulty
3. Create a Windows 11 Recovery USB
If BIOS is accessible, you can reinstall Windows:
- On another PC, go to: 🔗 HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Support
- Create a bootable USB (32 GB)
- Insert the USB into your HP laptop
- Power on and press Esc > F9 to select the boot device
- Follow the prompts to reinstall Windows
4. If BIOS Is Not Accessible
If the screen is completely blank and BIOS won’t load:
- Try BIOS recovery:
- Press and hold Windows + B, then press and hold Power for 2–5 seconds
- Release all keys and wait for the BIOS recovery screen
If this doesn’t work, the laptop may need service or motherboard-level recovery.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have an amazing day!
