hp 950 4k webcam product registration problem

Hello,

I'm having a problem registering my webcam. It works and all.
But, when I want to register my product on an official HP site
Whatever number I enter, taking it from the packaging box the camera came in, it doesn't recognize the webcam; instead, it recognizes the HP ZBook Fury notebook with the same serial number: CND20..2HJ. That same serial number is written on the webcam's box, even if I enter the other HP product number: 4C9Q2AA...., I have the same problem, it doesn't recognize the webcam.
Furthermore, there is absolutely nothing written on the camera itself physically.
I would like to register it, check information, and potentially download some new drivers, perhaps even a newer version of the HP Webcam Control Center.

My other question is:
Does the HP Webcam Control Center connect with apps like WhatsApp, Viber, and Facebook Messenger as an 'outsource' for video, or does it only provide the raw signal from what the webcam sees while active?
