i installed the latest version of windows and since that i am getting this message as the hp acclelerometer is not compatible with this version of windows and i had even tried some of the steps but the issue is still there

Thanks I installed this update I am now not receiving the error messages but there is also no sign that a proper 3d drive is present in the laptop

You seem to be referring to the peculiarity of 3D DriveGuard app no longer showing in the list of "Apps and Features" and the icon missing from the system tray. I presume these items were removed since this software was never intended to be a user-interactive app. To verify it is running, look for "HP3ddg..." in the "Details" or "Services" tab of the Task Manager.
