hii  i am unable to fix the hp accelerometer error 

I have uninstalled the hp 3d drive guard and then reinstalled the latest version but then again I am getting the error.

WHAT'S THE SOLUTION AND HOW TO FIX IT?//

You don't mention the actual error, but I'm assuming it's the issue described at the end of the cva below.

ok so let me explain you with the full details  

HP Pavilion Notebook

my serial number is [edited]

product number is Y4F80PA#ACJ

I am getting this dialogue box whenever I am switching on my pc

This App can't run on this PC

HP accelerometer

 HP accelerometer doesn't work on this version of Windows. An updated app may be available

than I uninstall the hp 3d drive guard from control panel < programme and restart my pc

then after that, i searched on to the hp software and drivers for my pc hp 3d drive guard and I install it and run it..

but when I again the next day switch on to my pc I again got that error message that

this app cant run on this pc

so now the link that you have provided me with is not what hp is showing me in there drivers and software site FOR MY VERSION OF PC

it is WHAT HP DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE IS SHOWING  IT IS THE LATEST VERSION  SP81920.EXE

AND I INSTALLED IT BUT IT IS NOT FIXING UP THE ERROR.

Hi,

HP 3D DriveGuard is largely cross platform - although not yet listed for your particular Model, the latest version on the link below will work fine for your notebook.  It does not install the systray component (which causes the error you are currently seeing), just the accelerometer driver and the required system services.

When the installation has completed, restart the notebook.

SO DO I HAVE TO AGAIN UNINSTALL WHAT I INSTALLED FROM HP DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE SITE 

AND I THEN INSTALL THE LINK YOU PROVIDED AND RUN IT.
