Microsoft Windows 11

Hi hp community team,

Yesterday I was update my hp laptop bios through hp support assitant.

After that update hp support assistant showing message for that bios update is failed. but when i checked the bios (F10) at startup screen its showing that bios was updated to latest version (from f18 to f20). At the same time I check system information also , its also showing the latest version.

My question is , whether the bios was updated or not ?.

Because hp support assitant showing its failed to update, but startup bios (f10) and windows system information showing the latest update version !.

Does this latest bios update have any issue with TPM and Bitlocker?.

Laptop details

Model : HP Laptop 15s-eq2067AU

Bios update : from F18 to F20.

Issue detected bios version : F20.

Cpu : AMD ryzenn 5.

Note : now laptop fan noise is terrible. Laptop also heatup quickly.

Hp bios developers team please looking this matter for all your AMD ryzen 5.
