Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

i am using wd 1.5TB external drive for data backup,

meanwhile i have been uninstall windows 10 and install it manually.

so the thing is , i am not able to access files in my extternal drive .

i have been search on net and i got a solution that go to files property then security then add user then permission .

but the things is that i have about 10000 photo's and songs and some software's .

and changing their permission manually not possible . so is their any solution .

its not accessible any of other pc.
