HP Recommended

This driver should not be interfering with NBFC. This is a driver meant to make your laptop slow when you are heavily using it so as to cool it down. I repeat my previous suggestion to reinstall w10 OFFLINE with updates turned off and manually installing only the ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY drivers. This is not one of them.Your idea to disable it in BIOS was good.
