My HP laptop 15-dy1771ms BSOD with noise - Issue is intermittent - I can be viewing videos, working with MS office products and it suddenly blue screens - I updated everything and it is still doing it. I called HP support while it was still under warranty and they talked me through a full system refresh and reinstalled Windows 10, and it is still doing it. This is very frustrating, because I'm starting to suspect it may be a hardware issue, but HP will not support that conclusion. Please HELP!!
