Hi! Have a nice day!
Please, help me.
I can't find drivers for my laptop (hp pavilion 17-e062sg) on windows 7 64:
1) Chipset drivers
2) Radeon videocard drivers

Hi:
For the chipset drivers, download and install the 1st file listed on the webpage and restart the PC.
https://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy4&os=Windows%207%20-%2064
Graphics: What model amd processor and amd graphics series does your model come with?
There are no specs online for me to find that info.

I don't know for sure. But the product number (E8P07EA # ABD) on the Internet found information in German.
Prozessor: AMD Quad-Core A8-4500M APU mit Radeon HD 7640-Grafikkarte (1,9 GHz, 4 MB Cache, 4 Kerne);
Prozessorproduktfamilie: AMD Quad-Core-Prozessor der Serie A
Chipsatz: AMD FCH A76M
Video: AMD Radeon HD 7640G/8670M Dual GPU (1 GB DDR3 dediziert)
And, unfortunately, I lost a copy of the rest of the drivers. Therefore, please help me also in finding all the drivers.
Thank you very much, Paul!!!

Ethernet: Download, unzip and run the setup application from the W7 driver file at the link below.
SD Card reader: Download, unzip and run the setup application from the 1st file listed at the link below.
Touchpad:
This package provides the driver that enables the Synaptics TouchPad in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The driver enables general touchpad functionality (for example double-tap and scroll) and provides a user interface.

I don't know what model wifi adapter your PC comes with, so please post the hardware ID for the device you see listed in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller.
In German that device would be labeled as a Netzwerk-Controller.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device...

Good afternoon and I apologize for the long response.
After I installed the chipset and graphics drivers, there appeared windows with errors and text about the need to reinstall the drivers.
So I deleted all the installed drivers and copied all hardware ID's without drivers.

Hi:
I'm not sure why the chipset and graphics drivers didn't work.
They worked for this person with the same model...
Try the chipset driver again.
Chipset: Download and install the 1st driver on the list, and restart the PC.
https://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset/previous/detail?os=Windows%207%20-%2064&rev=12.2
Try this graphics driver. Restart the PC after installing.
