Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem. I am using hp pavilion gaming 15-ec2023nt laptop.
rtx 3050
ryzen 5600h
8x2 3200mhz
I could not activate Muxswitch on this system. Can you help me ?
The update came today, my bios version . Changed from F11 to F15.
but still not open .. 
I want information from authorities and users about this

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps from the document:-

 

I understand that you're unable to update the BIOS HP Notebook 15-ec2023nt laptop.and it needs to download one by one and needs to restart the computer to make sure the Adapter or Charger needs to be connected,
