HP Recommended

I have an old computer that I use to store my family tree on.  When I  went to turn it off, it went into hibernation.  When I turned it back on, this message appeared on the screen:  "Delete restoration data and proceed to system boot menu"    I am clueless as to how to do this and wonder will this erase my whole family tree?   Can someone please help me to get this precious old computer back and working for me again!
