Hi @Janbek,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with your Laptop HotKeys.
Please follow the below steps to enable HotKeys
1. Navigate to your computer's desktop screen. Right-click and select "New," then "Folder." Name the folder "HotKeys" and open it.
2. Click "Start" and click "Explore" to open a second Windows Explorer window. Browse to the location of the program you wish to designate a HotKey for.
3. Right-click the desired program and select "Send To," then "Desktop." Navigate to the desktop and right-click the program's shortcut, and select "Properties."
4. Enter the key or key combination that will open the program into the Shortcut Key field and select "OK." For an extensive list of shortcut keys and key combinations, see the links in References and Resources.
5. Repeat the steps for each program you wish to create a HotKey for. Move all of the shortcuts on your desktop into the "HotKeys" folder.
6. Test your key combinations to ensure that they function properly.
