HP Recommended
Product: Probook 4530s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

My finger print option was not showing on startup. So I tried by installing protecttool security manager to cope with issue but it did not show finger print option. so I uninstalled "Protecttool security manager", "Validity finger print". And tried to reinstall both but Protecttool security manager shows error "this software is not supported on thius system"

Any kind of help would be appreciated...
