hp support solutions framework issue

Hi @Bozcat

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

An HP Support Solutions Framework (HPSF) issue means there is a problem with the HP software component that enables HP support tools (such as HP Support Assistant, HP diagnostic tools) to identify your HP device, detect hardware, download drivers, and perform troubleshooting. If HPSF is corrupted, missing, or not running correctly, HP support features may not function as expected.

I would request you to please follow the steps:

Uninstall HP Support Solutions Framework

  • Press Windows + R, type appwiz.cpl, and press Enter.
  • In the list of installed programs, locate HP Support Solutions Framework.
  • Right-click and choose Uninstall.

Reboot Your System

  • Restart your laptop to ensure all components are properly reset.

To better identify the cause, I would request you to please share me the below details.

  • What issue are you experiencing with HP Support Solutions Framework?
  • Are you receiving an error message? If so, what is the exact error?
  • Which HP application is affected (HP Support Assistant, HP website detection, HP Diagnostics, etc.)?
  • When did the issue begin? Did it start after a Windows update or software installation?
  • What version of Windows are you using?
  • Is the HP Support Solutions Framework service visible in Services (services.msc), and is it running?

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
