hello,anyone can give me all the different HP tools for my pc?

also,i used to run hp support tool and it gave a lot of information about my pc and its capacities,after the update to the last bios (that obviously can not be back down,thanks HP.... dont even even mention it before to do the update...),i can run only the latest version of hp support assistant . it is far as detailed as was the version 8 and some functions such as technicals and services dnt even work. any idea how ton use the 8 version since HP is blocking it on the net....(even if you click on the version 8 on any links on several sites,it will automatically download the latest version. the kind of forcing and pushing that makes me feel not buying HP anymore. thanks.

normally you only have two options here:

HP Support Assistant | HP® Official Site

HP Support Assistant
Version 9.14.42.0
or
If you received an incompatible operating system message during HP Support Assistant installation, please download and install the Legacy version
 
should be 8.8.2.0

hello,thanks for your answer.

the 9 version is the ones i do not want because it doesnt work for me and do not give the details i need,the detaisl i used to have a few days ago but since i reinstall windows 10 pro it seems i can not use the 8 versions anymore.

the other link is for workstation only.

so I did not understand, you have a version for windows, 10, version that I have, and functional with windows 11

and second link which is included in the first link and normally, the version for a version prior to windows 10, version that I gave to another user, recently, for windows 8
Don't see what link you talked about for workstation
So if you have windows 10  version 9 must work

give pictures, of what is wrong

possibly you have version 8 from the product page, but it may not work either if the version of w10 is too recent
