Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with your Laptop.
Please follow the below steps to disable HP system event utility host.
Step1: Right-click on an empty area on the Taskbar and select Task Manager.
Step 2 When Task Manager comes up, click the Startup tab and look through the list of programs that are enabled to run during startup. Then right-click System Event Utility and select Disable. Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
