hp, i have a hp detachable laptop p0xx running windows 8.1 64x. for some reason when i try to type in the serial number for the driver install on the hp website, it says invalid serial number???? pls help and give me a solution

Are you trying to register the printer from the HP website?

Or are you trying to check the warranty of the printer?

 

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

May I have the exact product name and serial number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
