HP Laptop - 15s-du1065tu

I am unable to see Word, Excel and PPT files on the desktop >right click new>to open the Word documents. Can anyone please help me with it as soon as possible. You can see in the below photo that I am unable to access the Microsoftoffice.

Use the Start menu, All Applications, and scroll down until you get to Microsoft Office.  If it is there, you can open it from there.  If it is NOT there, how do you know it exists on your PC? If it came preloaded with the PC from HP, I believe you have to contact Microsoft and activate it with the key that came with it before it will show up on the PC.  You have to contact MS about this, there is nothing we here can do.

I have already activated the Microsoft office after some windows updates. Iam unable to the Microsoft office on desktop when I right click new to open Microsoft office.

Understand that ... but I already mentioned how to open MS Office from the Start menu.

 

If you right-click on an item in the Start menu, it will offer you the option of creating a shortcut on the desktop.
