Hi @Narayan9861,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
Thank you for reaching out. I understand it can be frustrating not being able to use MS Office, especially when you expected it to be available.
To clarify, HP laptops are typically preloaded with a trial version of Microsoft Office. A full version (like Office Home & Student 2019) is only included if it was part of your original purchase. This would usually be mentioned on the laptop box, invoice, or provided as a product key card.
As this seems to be the concern, we’d be happy to check this for you.
Kindly share:
- A clear image of your laptop’s box (where Office details may be printed)
- Or, your proof of purchase/invoice showing Office was included
Once we have this, we’ll guide you on the next steps to get Office activated if eligible.
We’re here to help and appreciate your patience.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
