i am unable to charge my laptop

HP Recommended
HP 14s fq1029au
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to charge my laptop even after following steps by HP customer care . Charging indicator shows plugged in but battery percentage is still at 0%. After remove plug it shut downs . Even I reset the laptop as told by customer care. 

Please help.....
