Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i bought an selore & s-global usbc with a usb adapter to extent my laptop across two monitors. now when i plug it in i receive the message that the display may be limited but i update all usb drivers and tried re-plugging in everything yet i can't solve the issue is my pc too old to support this kind of action. it works perfectly with one but im starting coding and i need both my monitors to do my work. thank you any advice would help or a solution.
