HP Recommended

i had McAfee running since June, i upgraded t McAfee VLAN and it would not load. When i tried to reload the original version it Laptop will only load to 72%. This laptop is still under Warrenty and HP is saying it is not an HP issue. please help

Did you pay for the product ? It is not free. If yes, McAfee has to fix its garbage.
