Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I AM USING A WINDOWS 10 HP 64 BIT but it cant download exe files

Hi:

 

If your notebook has W10 64 bit in S mode installed, you can only install programs from the Microsoft Store.

 

In order to download and run exe files, you need to switch out of S-Mode.
