Welcome to the HP Community --

I've not used iTunes on my Windows PC for a while -- after looking at the troubleshooting guide from Apple, it appears that the authorization process is the same as it used to be.

Authorize or deauthorize your computer for iTunes Store purchases

Perhaps the few songs / albums that are not authorized on the computer you are using now were -- at one time -- authorized on a different computer.  The songs / albums are perhaps still "stuck" (authorized) for that other computer.

What else?  .. You could check into removing and reinstalling iTunes.  I've not used iTunes in long enough that I don't remember whether re-installation would even be useful in this instance.   I do not have confidence in the idea.

You might have luck asking for help at the Apple Community -- most users might not speak PC but there might be some help for using iTunes on your Windows computer, at least.  Scroll to the bottom of the "authorize" article.
