it says when i download an app it says the device i am using isnt compitable.

Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums. 

 

I understand that the apps from the Google Play store do not get downloaded on your HP Chromebook - 14-x013dx. There is a message stating the device you're using isn't compatible. I'll be glad to assist you with this case.

 

Is it just one app or a lot of apps that the Chromebook cannot download.
