my ssd is low on space my hhd is almost empty i would like to make hhd the primary for downloads and keep the ssd for windows and any other important programs is that possible if so HOW? Thank You

With PCs that come with both SSD and HDD, the SSD is automatically set to be the default drive for downloads -- which is one reason why it tends to fill up quickly. To change that, you have to go into the Browsers you use and change the default save location to a folder on the other drive -- the one on the HDD.
As to the SSD space, Here are some things you can do to recover some of the disk space:
