HP Recommended

i have hp pen "M23867-001" i use it mild use cuz i do not writing on laptop screen a lot i using keyboard i leave it like some months and now am going to UNI then i need to use the pen i bought and do not use it

Then I found out it was out of charge and tried to charge it and a red light came on for a millisecond then turned to a dim white light and I left it for a whole day to charge and nothing happened and it does not work?
