i dont have my product key because my laptop is econd hand and the owner that i bought with dont have the paper anymore. i want to activate my window but i cant becaue it need my product key

Hi:

 

If the notebook originally came with W10 from HP, the product key is encrypted in the notebook's BIOS.

 

If the notebook is currently operating, download and install the free Showkey Plus app from the Microsoft store.

 

ShowKeyPlus - Microsoft Apps

 

When you run the app, it should show you an installed product key and an OEM product key.

 

If the installed key is different than the OEM key, change the installed key to the OEM key in the PC settings menu and see if you can activate Windows with the OEM key installed.

 

That would be the only suggestion I can offer.
