when using the adapter supplied with the laptop, the laptop does not charge, it is discharged to "0". At the same time, before turning it off, I indicated: "if charging is not possible, replace the battery." Hope someone can help me fix this situation. i need a new adapter

You don't need a battery to run a laptop

Disconnect your adapter

Open Laptop

Disconnect battery

Connect your adapter and switch on

You just loose your time settings and sometimes NVRam settings. But that's not a problem

If you are able to run the laptop you have to replace the battery.

Проблема в том, что ноутбук разрядился в "0" и не заряжается через адаптер. Работа на нём невозможна, он не включается. В связи с чем и требуется новый адаптер.
