Curious, how do you KNOW this is a BIOS issue? Is there an error message stating this? IF so, what is the full text of the message?

well, i was checking bios options . i turned off legacy mode. after that my computer screen doesnot appers. it turns off

I have some research on youtube and google. my pc,s capslock light is blinking . it is sign of bios problem.
