i need help installing HP Support Assistant 9

i need help installing HP Support Assistant 9, when i click on the .exe everything seems fine, I press to agree to the license terms, everything is normal, but in the "Completing installation" part, an unknown error appears: An unknown error occurred: -2, and I don't know what to do, please solutions.

I understand you are getting an error while Installing HP Support Assistant on your PC . Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 Update the BIOS, & Chipset drivers:

• Here's the link to download and install the above updates: Click here

If the issue persists, then Install updates from Windows Update.

• Select Start  > Settings  > Update & Security  > Windows Update , and then select Check for updates. If updates are available, install them
• Download HP Support Assistant and try installing it: Download HP Support Assistant
