there was a solution posted in 2021 but the link isn't working anymore.

thank you so much for the help this was the correct driver.
addition for the users with the same problem:
- when you search the name given above choose the realtek website, the first driver you'll see will be this:

PCIE card reader driver for Win10 and Win11V10.0.26100.213782025/01/1517 MB

- download and install it through the wizard and it will solve the problem
