Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

In general, the Notifications mechanism in Windows is similar to the feature in previous versions of the Operating System.

Settings > Notifications

Peruse the list, switch items ON / OFF

Scroll down, Select / Open Additional settings >

Switch OFF (clear boxes) on any unwanted item

thank you dragon-fur here’s the deal, I’ve used apple for the past 15 years with no pop ups, bloatware, or aggravation. I bought this HP windows 11 machine do use two programs that aren’t written for Apple but all I get are pop-ups in bloatware trying to sell me garbage and I don’t see it anywhere to be removed so my answer is I’m taking the computer back and I’ll just live without those two programs. I do appreciate your help and the fact that you’re trying to make things better, what you need to do, as you’re one of the experts for HP and windows, and let them know that as they continue to put their hands in our pockets and waste our time more and more people will migrate to the Apple platform not that it’s better but it’s not as intrusive. Thank you. Have a great time and again I appreciate your help . Regards.

You are welcome.

True - Windows is not for everyone.

We have a variety of devices -- each provides a different experience.
