I also want to update the chipset drivers but i'm scared that it might cause issues (because it is labeled for Windowes 10 20H2). Is my system safe to update or should i not update?

Normally, you can use the W10 BIOS update file on W11, but you can also do the update outside of windows by watching these videos at the link below:

The latest BIOS update HP has for your notebook is this one on the support page (F.48):

Note that if you decide to update the BIOS you will never be able to go back to an older version as indicated in the release notes.

Unfortunately, that I wouldn't know.
You can only upgrade the firmware for the exact model # devices that came with your notebook and they are not all the same.
I never do firmware updates unless there is a problem with the device, such as the DVD drive or the hard drive.
