iTunes on hp pro book not recognizing iPhone
I simply want to back up my 3 apple devices. Cannot connect to iTunes. Have rebooted, reloaded iTunes, soft reset on iPhone. NO CONNECTION!!! Is HP preventing this? Some SECURITY thing or what? I've been working on this for over 4 hours, and have tried everything i can find on Google, or anywhere else.
PLEASE HELP ME BACK UP MY IPHONE BEFORE MY REPLACEMENT UNIT ARRIVES!!!

Most likely, the simple problem is that Windows is not "seeing" the iPhone -- and that is due to lack of drivers.
Unfortunately, HP does not provide drivers for Apple devices. So, you would need to check with Apple Computer to get the drivers you need.
