At boot up or awake from sleep mode my laptop useless for about 10-15 minutes as all the HP bloatware starts and does its thing. If I look at Task Manger System Interrupts at 90-99%, so its thrashing. Having high interrupts at boot/wake up not unusual but 10-15 minutes in length is. Yah I know Anti-virus and normal OS stuff also slowing down things, I have same AV on another vendor laptop and do not have this problem. The difference between laptops is HP bloatware. And the other vendor laptop has less cpu power but out preform HP laptop.
When we had HP at work and IT tried to remove all HP software the OS did not work well or bricked the device. That's why work moved to another vendor, thinking I should have also done that to now.
What HP software in needed to run the laptop and connect with my HP M425dn printer to use the scan feature? if I can't use the stupid laptop now running win10 it will be a nightmare on win 11.
