hello community i bought my HP pc in Turkish language and i have to format it in other to change it to English  after i did that when i want to install microsoft office 2011 on it it keep saying this ' there are no products affeced by this packaged insalled on this system' please how can i solve this i run window 10 64 bit operating system.

Office 2011 is a Mac product. From what medium are you trying to install

it? Disk I mean or what source?

So what type of media do you have for the installation. The error message seems to say you are using an upgrade medium and it needs to find something to upgrade.
