Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a new HP Pavilion  Laptop 15-cs3073cl running Windows 10. My old machine was running Windows 7.

I have set up email on the new machine and it works. I have also done an export of contacts to a csv file on the Windows 7 machine. I am trying to find a way to import the contact file into the Windows 10 machine.

If someone could please post a step by step method it would be so very appreciated.

@KazooTom

I don't think you can actually do that because MS dramatically changed their built-in mail system between the two OS versions.

Here is a thread I could find about some of that:  https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/what-are-the-exact-differences-between-windows...

Furthermore, we don't have the information needed to debug issues with MS products.  For those issues, you would need to find a Microsoft support forum.
